Junmai Daiginjo Genshu is made from rice grown in Saitama Prefecture that has been luxuriously polished to 50%. This is Mikadomatsu’s new standard sake, aiming to be the ultimate sake drink during meals. It is dry but full-bodied, perfect match for dishes with a lot of fat, such as grilled meat, tuna toro, and fried dishes.
