Membership Fees (Renewal)

• Current members may renew to continue enjoying their membership privileges.
• $10 for 1 year membership
• Upon renewal, a gift item will be given and can be collected at any Cards n Such store.

Terms and Conditions

• Members are entitled to 10% discount with minimum purchase of $10 (in a single receipt) at all Cards n Such Shops.
• Privilege is not applicable to promotional items or so designated by the management
• Membership is valid for one year from date of issue.

• A member who fails to renew his/her card upon expiry will be considered a new member in his/her subsequent application.
• The management reserves the right to modify and terminate card privileges without prior notice.

Lost/Damaged or Theft Card

• In case of the Cards n Such membership card lost, damaged or stolen, please notify our office at
  (65)-6745-0011. For replacement of lost or damaged card, a reapplication fee of $10 is payable.
