Description
The sake is brewed using the traditional brewing method without adding lactic acid and wooden vats are used as fermentation vessels for unrefined sake, making the most of the microorganisms in the brewery. Yamada-Nshiki, the king of sake rice is used. The silky smooth texture, fresh sweetness reminiscent of white peaches and light acidity spread on the tongue and develop into a sweet aftertaste.
