Hyogo Sake 85
Sensai of our brewery was brewed from its establishment in 1716 until the end of the Edo period. It was brewed with the concept of Re ( Re = again) and Naissance ( brith ), recalling the sake brewing of the Edo period. Hyogo Sake 85, a next-generation sake rice is used in the rewing process. It has a sweet, mild rice aroma and a refreshing acidity that develops into a slightly astringent aftertaste on the palate.
