Description
The sake is brewed using the traditional brewing method without adding lactic acid and wooden vats are used as fermentation vessels for the unrefined sake, making the most of the microorganisms in the brewery. Hyogo Sake 85, a next generation sake rice is used in the brewing process. It has a refreshing lychee aroma and in the mouth it has a light, clear sweetness and acidity with a slight astringency that developes into a mild rice flavor.
