Description
The brewery uses Tamazakae rice suitable for sake brewing, grown in the loacl town of Fujikawa. It is characterized by a subtle sweet aroma, moderate acidity and a light taste, yet has a strong unami flavor. It is a “During mealtime sake” that goes well not only with Japaness food, but also with Western food, and can be matched with a variety of dishes. The color of the label is Japaness Yingko ( Japanese bush warbler).
